Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

* Unworn
* Unwashed
* In their original condition
* With all original tags attached


For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another agreed refund method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

* Items that have been worn or washed
* Damaged items caused by improper use
* Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed according to the original payment method
